ABOUT ME

As u already can read above, i'm a social worker, i work now for almost 2,5 years in Antwerp.
Outside my job i love people. I'm trying not to be at home (alone) to often,so During the week i'm out taking dance classes almost every day. I dance for 22 years now have done every possible dance style, but these days my heart is with: Ragga, Salsa, Hiphop and Murga!!!

PHILOSOPHY

As i already said above:
'we might not change the whole world, but we can change the whole world for an individual'... That's the way i try to live my life everyday...
I always the good things in people, some people might call me Naive and i know that i bumped my head against the wall a million times in the past but you know what it's just me... I'm always gonna be me believing there's a beautiful thing in everyone and probably i'll keep bumping my head in the future but hey "you live, you learn..."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Every day at my work i try to overcome the gap between people of different cultures and believe me it's not easy at all. But every bits help to make this world a better place...as i heard an executive from the Council of Europe say one day: 'we might not change the whole world, but we can change the whole world for an individual'... That's the way i try to live my life everyday...
So i just want to start with meting people out there see places i haven't seen yet, welcome people in my beautiful Antwerp and guide them to the places i love. ANd maybe one day if i have a bigger place really offer my couch...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I had the chance to go for an internship at the Council of Europe's European Youth Centre in Budapest a few years ago where i met so many interesting and wonderfull people from everywhere...
I am also thankfull that i can go on summercamp every year with 16 girls (poor belgian kids and children of asylum seekers) the organisation askes me every year again if i please want to come again as a volunteer to give the kids danceclasses...it's amazing every year after year again!!!

i think i'll learn from everyone i meet that's the exciting thing about meeting people...
What can I offer:...i'm just a happy person who is happy with everything she has achieved in her life and with the way her life is going right now...i'm the perfect example of someone who can be extremely happy about stupid small things...
