Im outgoing person and admire knowledgeable people. I like to travel if there is chance and meet new peoples. I believe that travelling to discover new places and people is one of the priceless experience in life.

I am CroosFit trainer at Southside Fitness in Cebu. I know about conditioning and strengthening exercises and routines. Just to mention went several local and international CrossFit competitions and won few of them. Love to encourage people, share experiences to have healthy lifestyle as much as possible.
I dont underestimate person by it's appereances, i like to learn from others.
