PHILOSOPHY

I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I am an eclectic and generally a pragmatist. I always enjoy learning, especially through experience. Academically I am a fitness professional, but my interests are much broader, including physical therapy, preventative and alternative medicine, and multi-disciplinary health. Thus, my passion lies in representing Christ on earth, being an agent of redemption by making people better across all facets, be it physical, mental, spiritual, social, or emotional.
