I love to travel, as I am sure everyone on this site does. So far I have mostly traveled in the US: Hiking in Yosemite, eating bagels in NYC, exploring Alcatraz prison in San Fran to name a few. I've also toured the Doge palace in Venice, walked the winding streets of Alfama district in Lisbon Portugal, and skied the slopes around Quebec City. I look forward to many more travels ahead!
I find international affairs fascinating and will happily debate the problems of the world and policies to fix them. When I meet someone it's always nice to know a little about where they are from no matter where that is.
I'm also a amateur triathlete and half marathoner. I've one two triathlons, most recently in Deep Creek Lake MD.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It seems like a great way to travel. Making connections and getting local insight into the great places you are visiting.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Caving in Chattanooga was a pretty amazing experience. From the 75ft underground waterfall to squeezing through the 'birth canal' passage it did not disappoint. We slept in the cave and they even made us breakfast!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I recently landed a job as a Web Developer so I'll happily talk tech. I'm and avid reader of the economist so I can semi-intelligently talk about almost anywhere in the world. I'm not much of a chef, but I generally have a bottle of soylent on hand if that intrigues you!
