rescued by hani villager in yunnan after nearly being kicked out of the village by elders we had upset somehow. killed a rooster specially for us, and had his deaf and mute kid show us a waterfall. friend fell in rice paddie on the way back, which the kid thought was about the funniest thing he'd ever seen.
