ABOUT ME

I love to laugh and walk around. People watching is one of my favorite things.
Since the pandemic I have started to cook professionally and am currently on a hiatus to travel and meet with local cooks and various cuisines to share and learn more as I go along this path.

PHILOSOPHY
I think that we need to take the time to live, and not rush through it. It is important to keep an eye opened and to stand in awe of nature. Our leisure and consumerist modern society is not the one I care to strive for.

Interests

Interests : finding a balance between the urban life and rural possibilities. I enjoy dancing , started with rock and roll at family reunions and but more recently have picked up lindyhop and swing which I enjoy very much.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch that many movies, always like to have a book at hand. And as for music, I enjoy most things ( maybe a little less of what is commercially played on the radio) , and like going to live shows and concerts.
Probably the best concert I have been to was Leonard Cohen.
A great festival that I have attended was Django Reinhardt Jazz Festival near Fontainebleau.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'd have to say that one of the best sights I've enjoyed was in Sicily, the Scala dei Turchi, an unbelievable white marble formation along the southern coast...
