ABOUT ME

After living for a little over two years in Paris, I'm back in Oakland, California. Traveling and living abroad was an incredibly special experience for me. Now I am enjoying putting down roots in a community that I love in a unique part of the world.

I enjoy meeting new people and cultures and introducing them to beautiful California. And I find that there is always more to explore. I look forward to interacting with new people to share ideas, experiences and adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favorite experiences that would not have been possible without couchsurfing: Playing charades in French at a graduation listening to jazz on piano and saxophone. Being feed soup in Romania, while trying to communicate in broken French/Russian/Spanish. An sand-filled toga party in Austria. Discussing muslim identity in Istanbul, Turkey.
