My name is Andra and I'm 26 years old. I am originally from Romania but I have moved to Italy when I was 14 years old and currently still live there.
I am a very chill and easy going person but I also know very well my boundaries.
I'm very patient and I like communicating with people.
I hate arguing and holding grudges so if I feel that there is a misunderstanding, or if something bothers me I prefer sitting at a table and calmly expressing how I feel, as same goes to my host family, if you have certain expectations or you think I did something wrong, instead of just holding things, I would kindly prefer that you sit me down and explain to me what it is that you want me to know, trying to resolve the problem. I think that keeping things for oneself is never the better option, so communication in every kind of relationship is the point key for me.
In my free time I like to spend it mostly chilling. I'm a homebody so I love passing time reading, whatching tv series or animes. I love painting as well and drawing even though I am not that good. I love listening to music so usually when I'm alone there's always music going on.
I love taking walks in nature or passing my evening on the beach.
But just because I'm a homebody doesn't mean that I don't like passing my time outside exploring. I love challenging myself and my comfort zone. I love discovering new cities and going out, trying new dishes is my favourite thing.
In High School I studied "Commercial Services - Design of visual and advertising communication". I haven't went to university yet because I want to make traveling experiences in my 20s but later I would like to study Media Business and Entertainment.
From 15 until 19 I used to be a volunteer at the Italian Red Cross. I used to pass weekends with disabled people, keep them company and help with activities and from time to time we would organize birthday parties for 4-9 years old kids. Because I was a volunteer I also had the opportunity to do the First Aid and CPR course.
from September 2019 to October 2020 I used to work for Humanitarian Associations such as Save The Children and UNHCR, they are both very dear to my heart as me and my mom adopted a kid at a distance.
I also worked as waitress and cleaner.
I speak Romanian, I was born and raised in Romania for the first 14 years and then I moved to Italy, so Italian is my second language.
When I started learning Italian I discovered that learning languages and discovering new cultures is my passion and so I learned English by myself, English is also my favourite language.
I am currently in Korea learning Korean as I have a big passion for asian languages, later, in the future too, I would also like to learn Chinese and Japanese.

I am a very open minded person and like to learn and discover as many things as possible.
I listen to every kind of music, all genres but my favorite artists are a boy group called Stray Kids.
As for movies and books I like Fantasy, Science Fiction, Thriller mostly.
My favorite tv series is Supernatural, my favorite movie is The Picture of Dorian Grey and my favorite book saga is Shadowhunters.
