CURRENT MISSION

To forge an international network of friends and loved ones as I spend some extended time traveling beginning in December. Also, to make a home and make it available to couch surfers from all over the worl when I return to California next year.

ABOUT ME

After nearly 8 years of residing, schooling and working in the San Francisco Bay Area, it's time for a break - truly, a breather. I've spent the last 4 years honing my skills as a psychotherapist, and now I'm nearly licensed. My tenure at my current place of employment as a personal assistant has come to an end. What better time than to mark the beginning of the next phase of life with a trip to explore the world and to relax after many years of school and interning.

In a nutshell, I'm a spiritualist raised on Eastern philosophy. As the Dali Lama says, my religion is kindness. I'm very interested in building real and lasting relationships with people while exploring Earth. I pride myself on traveling light, picking up after myself, and not overstaying my welcome. I love all types of animals, so if you have any that is not a problem

PHILOSOPHY

I was raised with Eastern teachings, specifically those of Meher Baba. I'm alligned with non-dual teachings pertaining to the One in the All. I tend to believe that life is living me as opposed to the other way around. Keeping friends and family close is important, even more important is supporting them. I enjoy earning a decent living, but the pursuit of money for it's own sake bores me. Without health there is nothing. When in doubt, I prefer to just listen, or simply make a joke.

Interests

The ocean, learning to surf - finally, hiking, reading, riding mopeds and scooters, Argentine tango, hugs (not required), live music, napping, psychotherapy, and seeing the end of George Bush's term in office.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to India and traveled South to Goa. The drive down there almost killed me, but the place is absolutely beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

Wanna learn process oriented psychodrama??? Probably not, but I can certainly tell you all about that and several other types of clinical psychotherapy. For those who believe Americans are a particular way, for the most part I am very unhappy with my government and am looking toward a big change. I'm happy to discuss with you my thoughts on that too.
