ABOUT ME

I teach yoga, and weave fine fabrics. I studied textiles in Japan, and have a love of Japanese Tea ceremony and Zen aesthetics. I am studying chinese medicine and shiatsu. I travel and enjoy meeting all free spirits of the world. Make sure you connect with the Nonmind Yoga Friends, we are currently working hard in pdx to seed some meaningful culture, via tea and music and practice and ofcourse, fiber art. I host a weekly people of practice meet up and tea party. Schedule a connect up asap, and lets get this spring time energy flowing for self AND others! HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have stayed at other people's houses mostly through networking with people via hip hop shows and skateboard parks, and yoga studios, not so much on craigslist and CS. This year is some of my first experiences with Couch surfing network, and its been great, but as a yoga teacher I keep telling people lets get back onto the yoga studio message boards! Ask me about my ning community, we have a rideshare/couchsruf project there as part of a forest rescue effort!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Worldwide, and in the most natural way, not needing all this couchsurf commercialization..... Lets be natural, and branch out, not just through the the .com, but via our social networks and online groups, at the local tea house and in nature.

I would love to teach anyone yoga, pranayama meditation techniques, as well as nutrition counseling. I can share my love of Japanese craft, and educate those in many different textile and ceramic skills.
