ABOUT ME

My name is Dominique (known as Lunar) I'm 21 and I'm a music major for voice but I don't really like singing (ssshh!!) maybe because we constantly do classical tunes and they always make me wear a dress (1950 anyone?) I'm gonna switch to composition anyway. I seem to make a ridiculous amount of friends everywhere I go so I'm assuming I'm friendly, probably because I'm always smiling :)...oh and I also wish I could fly....I'm never really good at describing myself. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Went to an Animal Collective concert the other night. Got talking with a guy (Kyle) that is a couch host in Austin who invited me to sleep on his couch @ the Austin Music Festival and that got me thinking that...I would make a pretty damn good couch surfer. I'll squeeze myself into any given space to sleep. So why not!!

Hopefully when I move out of a dorm into a real apartment I can host one day :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I make jewelry and give some of the profit to the development of Mali, Africa (beautiful people and check out their music!)

I also visit Camden City schools and play guitar and sing-a-longs with the kids.

Maybe not AMAZING but it makes me happy :D
