About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travelling around New Zealand and Living life!
ABOUT ME
I'm a guy who pretty much loves anything and everyone. I want to see as much of the world as I can and meet as many people as I can before I get too much older. I am outgoing and gregarious, love to meet interesting people, and will accept pretty much any body. I can get along with a lot of different types of people and always try and look at the best aspect of a person or situation.
PHILOSOPHY
My most important philosophy is that every person's point of view is based on something, so it shouldn't just be discounted because I disagree with it. Obviously something in their life story led them to think that way, so who am I to say they're wrong? Also, I feel that most people are genuinely good, and are willing to help/befriend someone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just found out about couchsurfing from a friend when I told him I was headed to New Zealand, so I haven't had the chance to actually host anybody yet. I put my room at Stanford up for couchsurfing though, and can't even wait to host people when I get back. It sounds like an amazing way to meet people from all around the world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet, but I'm excited to get started!
Interests
Anything outdoors. Sports. I'm a varsity rower at Stanford, so I love a good workout. Adventure. History. Chilling with good conversation. Nerdy Stanfordy stuff from time to time like trivial pursuit and what not. I love watching movies too or reading good books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went did a semester crewing a sail boat and we went to a tiny reef in the south pacific called Kingman reef. Our captain said that probably less then 100 people had ever walked there. It was pretty amazing to stand on this tiny spit of coral and know that almost nobody else had ever been there.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can juggle fire! I work as a wilderness raft guide in the summers for multiday trips, so I memorized a bunch of poems to recite in the fire. I can teach people how to do a one-armed push up and look strong, even though it's pretty easy.
