Hiking, Backpacking, Cycling, Physical & Mental Recovery, Behavior, Animals, Literature, Language, and Technology.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Quite a few, I usually lean towards the sciences and behavior in much of my reading and can get a little carried away with the habit at times. A personal favorite would be The Man Who Wasn't There. Enjoy most things by authors such as Michael Pollan, Tom Standage, Dan Ariely, Robert Sapolsky, Oliver Sacks and the like.

Music: most anything, and down tempo finds its way to the playlist more often than not.

Movies: Documentaries, a soft spot for animation, or a film with subtitles is a good bet. Don't ask me to name actors though, seriously I have no idea
