Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host! Some day I'll be hosted, but right now I just host and travel to places with cheap hostels (i.e. Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Nicaragua, Canada, Europe, and India).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted over 85 people so far. Surfed at four CouchSurfers' apartments who originally surfed at mine. It's always great to see CouchSurfers again, especially in their own countries.

Interessen

- Talking to people... all types of people.

- Music. Everything from delta blues to rhythm & blues, from classic rock to Spanish classical, from new wave to electro, from British invasion to brit pop.

- Women.

I play guitar, do some karaoke, and end up at all sorts of bars/clubs often wherever my friends are having concerts or doing dj sets. I also stay active in the summer with sports and bike everywhere. Don't own a car and never want to. Biking and public transit are the perfect way to get around Chicago (and all of my favorite cities).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Oprah made her limo wait for 5 minutes just so she could talk with me. I was only 6 years old when it happened, but it still counts.

I lived on a chocolate farm on a volcano in Costa Rica.

I was the guest of honor for an 8-day wedding in Ahmedabad and Bangalore India. I played cricket with local kids at Gandhi's house. I also went to an outdoor wedding dance party in rural Gujarat that had a lazer light show.
