I'm just simple with a bit of humour, at least I make fun of myself, I do love meeting some people from differents culture to keep the open mind and I try to live a positive life everytime. I have some good chef skills as I worked for several years in some fine dining restaurants as a chef and pastry chef but I did work as well on market places for couple of years to find the outgoing with the customers and I really enjoyed that.

Interests

I love sport in general and all about the ocean (marine wildlife, flora, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing ) hiking in nature, mountainbiking ( i've done many downhills and tracks in NZ and it's amazing !!!!
I also really do love swimming.
All about food, cooking with fresh produces ( veggies, fish, fruits ),
I do love making pastries too and also learning about different way to cook ( asian style for exemple )

Swimming with one of the smallest species of dolphins (dusky dolphins) !
skydiving in New Zealand.
Travelling with a van for 6 months.
Windsurfing in New Zealand
I've seen some orcas and massive stingrays at 5m from me

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can probably teach some french cooking style
Learn : I love to learn about anything from the people I meet
And for sure sharing some nice dinners with some good wine
