I am a chef at Disney. It takes a lot of my time, but I try to take time to meet as many people with new views of the world as I can.

I like to experiment with new foods. If I've never tried it, it means I need to.

I plan to visit Italy, Germany, England, Netherlands, France, China, Japan, India, and Russia, in no particular order. The idea is to expand both my culinary and world views through immersion. I can't wait to actually get started on this.

I am a member of the SCA, a medieval recreation group.

I also like to write. I have so many ideas that I will start one, then get distracted by another, seemingly better idea, and then never finish any of them. I have the beginning of at least 6 novels on my old computer. oops.

I would love to learn any and all languages. I will learn at least the rudimentary form of the native language before i visit a place, any help with that would be awesome and much appreciated.
