Overview
About Me
I've had a successful career as a military officer, corporate business executive and an entrepreneur. I've lived and worked in Europe and Asia, spending most of that time in Italy, Japan and "Germany" (which I consider to be my second home). My international travels have also taken me to Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea and China, as well as to sunny Australia, and to the beautiful and historic European countries of Spain, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, England, Poland, Slovenia, Ukraine and Russia. I've also lived in California, Wisconsin, Virginia, Georgia, Oklahoma and Texas.
Since leaving corporate America, I've dedicated most of my time studying artisan breads and pastries and european cuisine, while living in the German Alps, which I now spend my time writing about.
Being tall and athletic, I played competitive sports all my life. Including Basketball, Baseball, Football, Volleyball, Track and Field, Golf and Tennis. However, I also exercised my brain, earning an MBA (Masters of Business Administration, with high honors).
I love to cook and I enjoy entertaining family and friends.
I stay fit and active. I'm always busy and I enjoy spending time helping others.
