ABOUT ME

I'm currently a Twin Cities resident trying to figure out my next move in life as a 25 year old college graduate. I've lived here my whole life and love the cities, but a refreshing change is in order. I'm thinking of moving to the Pacific Northwest. More specifically Portland or Bend Oregon. In the meantime, I'm working on gaining experience in the craft beer industry and for myself continue to grow as a person. Outside from having delicious taste sessions of beer with my friends, I enjoy going to live shows and music festivals.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was in Munich with my roommate, our hosts showed us around town, made us breakfast, dinner, and took us to see a live electronic show in the basement of a club. I couldn't have asked for a better situation.

Interests

I'm very passionate about craft beer and have been slowly working my way to finding a career in the craft beer industry. I'm also a really big music nerd. One of my favorite bands to go see is Phish. I'm crazy about them and try to catch a few shows a year. I also love seeing Medeski, Martin and Wood but they don't come around my town as often. I'm mostly into jazz and funk but when it comes to a live band, I like the ones that have fun and enjoy getting weird. Another one of my interests is food. I've become a foodie over the past couple years and enjoy trying different cuisines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw Ray Charles perform live when I was about 10 or 11. That was my first concert! I spent 4 months traveling Europe. During the first 3 months, I was learning abroad in Florence, Italy. The last month I traveled around other countries with one of my best friends. We skydived in Interlaken, Switzerland. I've also been to many music festivals and shows around the country, seeing amazing music, and meeting the most amazing people; some whom have become really close friends.
