Going thru residency in Rochester

ABOUT ME

Used couchsurfing when travelled in Mexico and when I was interviewing for residency in internal medicine I used a combination of couchsurfing and globalfreeloaders. Anyways, settled in around June, when my residency just started it was crazy and didn’t have time to get to know Rochester at all. I know now it’s winter and all but I have more time now and would love to meet fellow local couchsurfers and also get to know Rochester. In process of getting more furnitures (including a couch of course) and pay back my dues as a couchsurfer. I work at Rochester General Hospital as internal medicine resident.

PHILOSOPHY

Face challenges and achieve things one step at a time. Travel as much as I can and volunteer as a medical doctor in areas of crisis if opportunity arises.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I traveled with a fellow Taiwanese around the central region of Mexico (Guadalajara, Guanajuato, D.F. (Mexico City), Teotihuacan). When we were in Mexico City (D.F.) we couchsurfed with a very nice, enthusiastic and interesting young guy named Jorge who is an expert in computer (more like a genius in computer). It was really awesome to meet new people and to share experiences.
