ABOUT ME

I'm a sweet-tooth, a tree-hugger, a movie-freak, a music-lover & a polar bear who got stranded in tropical country because she cant read direction and often got lost. So dont be shocked to see a polar bear with bikini by the beach, cause that would be me ;-)

I love snow & rain as much as i love the sun & the beach. I think i was a happy-hippie in my past life, with its magic ball :-) I could die if i dont watch a film for a week and have no music for a day. I do yoga and swimming. I drink tea & milk & black coffee. I loooooooove good food, good talks, good laughs. And I have my Film Festival that has been running for 14 years now for i love films so much, yaaayyyyy...

PHILOSOPHY

Trust, faithfulness and honesty are the things I value the most. I believe in second chance but I also learned hard that some people are just stupid and not worth a sweat :P

I read mostly fictions, poems, travel books, photography and art books

I watched all Wongkarwai, Almodovar, Cohen Bro, Tykwer, Woody Allen, Myazaki, Jarmusch, Kieslowski, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It always feels so good to travel around the world and to embrace all the World's Wonders. Also the feeling when i was selected as Jury for Berlin International Film Festival and when I was invited to talk as a speaker for Indonesian films in American Natural History of New York during Margaret Mead Film Festival. That was uber-cooooool!

Running my own Q Film Festival in Indonesia for 14 years now and thats why people often mistaken me as lesbian hahahaha :P

All my travelling experience are my gems. From the orange sunset of Nepal's icy mountain, to skiing in the Alps. From sweating like hell during temple-hunting in Angkor Wat, to diving with whale and turtles in Koh Tao.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a movie-buff and have been working for film festivals for 14 years. I quit my job recently to taste freedom a little bit and living my passion: FILM! I also looooooove to write therefore i work as a freelance journalist and researcher for years. I am photographer in progress and very keen of learning different kind of cooking, music instrument, dancing and how to ride a bike ;) Now I'm a slow-working progress of surfing hehehe
