I'm a queer 30 year old American from the East Coast looking to try something new while traveling. I had never been on a plane before I studied abroad in Rennes, France in high school years ago and since then I've been hooked! I'm outgoing, open minded, and just love to have fun!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not sure yet. I guess since I'm traveling I'm a surfer. I am an organized, clean, outgoing, and respectful person. Most likely I'll be the one cooking for my host or learning how you cook/helping. I love to go out at night but I promise I'm not going to be loud or obnoxious when I come back. I reciprocate whatever energy I'm given so if you want to take me to a local museum- I'm totally game! But if you have to work the entire week, I'm still incredibly thankful that you're opening your house to me. All in all, I try to be the best guest I can be!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I’ve done this once in Gothenburg, Sweden a few years back and had an absolutely amazing time! Most recently an old roommate and I would host folks in San Diego.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I studied abroad in France for a year. It was an incredibly eye opening experience where I learned more about my place in the world. I learned to appreciate cultural differences, nuances that we all have and yet understand that despite all of these differences, we all share common human experiences and that is the beauty of meeting new people.
