COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent 6 weeks backpacking across Europe and couchsurfing was the best part of the whole trip. I couchsurfed in Denmark, Prague, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. The people who I stayed with were so warm and generous and it was a privilege meeting each person.

How do I even begin to describe some of my experiences? Basically, I am amazed with how hospitable everyone has been. For goodness sakes, I walk into their home and 30 seconds later they hand me a set of keys, do my laundry, and cook me dinner. I think the best part of this whole things is just talking with the people you stay with. I have had some amazing conversations about politics, culture, and just everyday quirky stories.
