I am constantly a learner in the class of life. Ask me anything about my faith and I'll try my best to be sincere and truthful. I am a weirdo, but with a smidgeon of cool...maybe not.

PHILOSOPHY

In a nutshell? Wow...ultimately to give God the glory. Being condemning or legalistic is not glorifying. Being a real person and listening is. Whether I do that well is another story.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've shared this cool little idea with many of my friends. I had the opportunity to meet some greatly diverse people through this site while travelling with my sister in New Zealand. It added a whole new depth to the Kiwi culture I would have otherwise totally missed out on. Not to mention, it saved us a bundle on travel costs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In a relative short period of time, we (my sister and I) met a family about to move to Australia, a middle-aged self-starter with a ton of projects, a trio of "scarfies" and their party complete with home-made punch, a charismatic South African musician with a hearty laugh, a few Wellingtonians in school and loving our pizza, the cutest older couple, and a pro rally race mechanic, each with their own unique story.
