ABOUT ME

After living and working in Asia for 8 years (teacher, student, then professional) I made the move to North America a few years ago to experience a new continent.

I'm an easy going person who likes to laugh a lot and I enjoy having new experiences and meeting new people. Life is here to be lived and my perspectives are constantly evolving, mostly thanks to the people I meet.

Host when I can, go for coffee/drinks as much as possible and generally spread the word about CS to people I meet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've Hosted in Ireland, Hong Kong and China and surfed in France, Italy, Taiwan, Austria, Yemen, Ethiopia, Dem Rep Congo, Lebanon, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Oman and HK.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I used to have a pre-CS story here but I can honestly say that now the most amazing things I've done and seen are related to CS. Arriving in Yemen not knowing a soul and 12 hours later be sitting around a bonfire at a party at the U.S. embassy. Waking up with the roosters in a small village on the outskirts of Addis Ababa. Climbing through a barb wire fence to sneak into the ruins in Hezbollah controlled Baalbek. Sharing stories over vodka in Iraq, Thanks to CS I've had experiences I never would otherwise have had.
