Hello !
I'm Marie, i'm a 29 yo Girl from France. I'm working into sustainable agriculture and I have plenty of hobbies such as Pottery, climbing, gardening, reading, cooking... I've traveled a lot in the past to forein country and now i'm trying to travel slowly by train and bike to discover the world an other way.
I'm quite open minded, i like to talk about lots of things, learning about other cultures and language.
I like being surrounded by nature and tree, spend time outside watching plants and animals, harvest wild plants...
I'm an ecologist and a vegetarian since 10 years now and i love to share ecological tips and vegetarian recipes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've done some CS in Paris, in Canada, a long time ago and that was a really wonderfull experience for me. I've meet so much peoples from everywhere and we had a lot of good time together !
I've some really good friends coming from CS experience and would like to continue meeting wonderfull people !
I want to do that a lot of time, to meet a lot of different peoples and share our story & experiences ! :)
I hope one day I will be able to host peoples too, to give back what the wonderfull CS community give to me ! :)

Interests

Nature tooks a really important place in my life. I'm addict to gardening , i love growing my own vegetable and cook it after.
I've been learning pottery for the last 2 years and it really changed my life. I'll be happy to share my knowledge with you even if i'm not a professional.

I also love learning new languages :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in the Saint Laurent Rivers with the really big boat near us, that was kind of crazy things for me :)
Watching Beluga swiming in the Saguenay Fjord with the sun going down and only silence around us.. That was a Wonderfull moment !
Doing a 5 days motorbike trips in the middle of Laos with some friends.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you French if you want (But that's maybe not the thing's i'm better in :P), If you want to learn more about vegetarism, cooking, gardening or pottery I can help you (With pleasure !)
I like to speak for hours with my host, discovering his/her life and sharing experiences. For me that's one of the CS most important things !

What I Can Share with Hosts

I use to cook for my host when I come. I like sharing this with them because you can discover a lot of things about a person by seeing what she has in her plate :)
I can teach you things I know about gardening, Nature and some other things...
If you like beer, I would be really happy to share some with you too !
