About Me

Backpacker, Hitchhiker, Couchsurfer, Adventurer.
Not all those who wander are lost (I am tho)

I love nothing better than making new friends and sharing good times and experiences with them. I’d like to consider myself outgoing & easygoing, open-minded, playful, positive, and adventurous. I love off the beaten path travel and random side quests, whether it be Couchsurfing with the Taliban or sneaking into Ancient Babylon. Travelling has largely changed my mindset to always seek adventure and to find ways to spice up one’s life, which has led to some of the most epic experiences of my life, but also stresses my poor parents to no end.

I love hiking and camping in the mountains as much as socializing and partying till the break of dawn. I enjoy reading in a cafe during a rainy day, discussing politics and different perspectives on life, and hitchhiking through areas most sane people would never think to visit. I believe it’s best to experience all that life has to offer.

Philosophy:
“Live and let live”
“Colour my life with the chaos of trouble”
“Being on the edge isn’t as safe, but the view is far better”

Absurdism:
Life is inherently meaningless. One must acknowledge the chaotic and irrational nature of the universe, and subsequently accept it and create one’s own meaning.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Managed to not get kidnapped (yet)

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to be educated on every subject, place, and person I encounter. Every person is my superior in some way. In that, I learn from them.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Someone to become instant and lifelong friends with, and a reciprocal host if you ever visit Canada (if I have a place, which seems increasingly unlikely with the housing crisis 😂)
