I am a bit shy and quiet at times, but that doesn't stop me from getting out and meeting new people. I enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors exploring new places where I've never been. When possible I try to get out to do lots of hiking, biking and snowboarding.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I traveled around Europe after finishing college and tried couchsurfing once during my trip just to see what I thought of it. It was a great experience. Being able to spend time with someone who knew the area, was willing to give a tour of their city and shared a passion for travel was amazing.
From my experience I learned that couchsurfing is a great way to experience local culture and learn about great things to see that a regular tourist may not be aware of.

I've done a bit of traveling through parts of Canada and the United States, as well as fair bit of Europe. I am always willing to share my experiences.
I have an interest in the environment and recently completed an environmental program in college, I could share my knowledge of what I've learned as well as learn from what others experiences.
