HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:

Currently I am unable to host. I am up for meeting and hanging out with people in Cape Town. Hit me up so that we can do something awesome for the books of memories! :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was once in Europe, traveling from the one end to the other, making money by playing saxophone in the streets. It was huge fun and I met so many people through CouchSurfing!

-Arrived at Berlin airport and met someone there. Ended up needing to find a hostel to catch the train the following morning. Unexpectedly turned out that I slept at this persons flat that night.

- Made use of a guy's lounge in Amsterdam - definitely a great man! He showed me around, took me to a night club and we had some great talks about life.

- Brussels, Belgium. I only stayed there for the night and didn't get to interact with the lady that much as she had a large workload to complete, and yet offered me her couch. Such a lovely woman.

兴趣

I love music. Especially jazz. I write and arrange music, although I am a complete amateur! haha!
I love being active. Sporting activities are loads of fun!
I love a good meal (I cook too). There are so many awesome places in Cape Town and I don't think that I have been to half of them!
Alcohol is my friend - I love trying new drinks. Let's have your favourite!

Like said before, I can speak about jazz all day long! I love all kinds of music to be honest.

I am very picky when it comes to films. But some of my favourites include Shawshank Redemption, Interstellar, Inception, Forrest Gump, Howles Moving Castle and Princess Monokoke.

I'm not much of a reader, to be honest.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The one thing that stands out for me would be the fact that I travelled alone from Germany to Amsterdam, Belgium, Paris and then Spain with not a cent in my pocket. I played saxophone on the streets to earn money which paid for hostels and food and the bus from one country to the next.

I pick up little bits of information as I go along. I love the processes of learning and teaching. I currently teach music part time at 2 schools and privately too. It's such an amazing feeling!
I love general knowledge too. It's just great to know useless answers to pub quizzes. Hahah!
