I love sharing yoga, exploring nature, hiking, camping under the stars, and simple outdoor meetups.. though sometimes I stay in, enjoying quiet moments of contemplation.

I don't drink, so don't expect from me to show you pubs just a cute bar in the woods ;)

Books - currently reading everything about yoga and self-realization.

Music - I mostly listen to instrumental music (acoustic, harp, handpan..), something that sets the mood or helps me focus as well as Kirtans, Mose, Yaima, Ajeet Kaur..
I also love jumping around to afro beats and psy-trance!
- or simply enjoying silence.
