Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The world isn't that big if we all just take time to know each other. I've witnessed a lot of people helping complete strangers, especially when I travel. So if you'd like to see some of the humanity left in this world, one good way to do it is to travel.

I love making connections with new people; whether they are locals or fellow travelers. When I'm not staying at a hostel dorm, couchsurfing connects me with locals who're willing to share their home and knowledge about their place. I've also attended couchsurfing events and I've met very adventurous and open-minded people.

I listened to different kinds of music in different phases of my life, but I think I like pop, indie, alternative, soul, and r&b.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Phnom Penh, I biked on signature Cambodian orange dirt roads with children going to school early in the morning. I'll never forget the beautiful sunrise over the rice paddies and the smell of the breeze and the sound of the locals' laughter.
