Overview
About Me
I am surviving all days live as mechanical engineer and bycyclist. Due to a lack of time traveling is not suitable at the moment but kept in mind for next years.
As replacement I am reading many stuff and traveling in mind. To meet other people and doing some exchange of trips and adventures is the little rest I am relying on before getting active by myself again.
Keep on rollin'
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It is been a while I did a trip by bycicle once round Northsea and Baltic Sea. During this 4 month journey I was hosted by several nice people and learned many nice thinks from them.
I want to keep in touch with this way in life to get back in future. As guest or host dosn't matter.
Interests
I like to go by bike and am interested in traveling with it. I cannot imagine going without it. Beside biking I am an active member of the fire brigade since nearly 18 years.

Music, Movies, and Books
Strange movies that keep you thinking a lot after watching but also simply stupid ones fit in my favourites. Bud Spencer meets Intouchables and Simpsons Tatort...
Music just needs to sound good. My roots can be found in rock. Kasabian is one of my favourites.
Reading is another thing I am doing a lot. Criminal novels, travelbooks or adventures in the ice or even local stuff. Give me a book and I'll turn the pages, if not already done.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cycling in cool fresh air of spring somewhere in the morning hours, short before life is getting into everything. - It is all yours, nobody is there...
Teach, Learn, Share
Because of my hobby I am equipped with knownledge and tools around bicylces.
Interested in fire fighting equipment? - I can show our fire station or explaine the function of SCBAs...
