About Me

I love spicy noodles, black coffee, crackling campfires, vibrant colors, beautiful places, beautiful experiences, and beautiful people. I love to read, practice yoga, play outside, and travel the world. I am kind, thoughtful, and generous. I gravitate toward people who are critical thinkers, adventure seekers, and are passionate about social justice.

I'm employed at a nonprofit working with youth in low-income neighborhoods. I am also in graduate school for Educational Policy with an emphasis on issues of race, class, gender, and educational equality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent time in the wilderness alone - camping, hiking, backpacking. I try to do this for a few days at a time a few times a year. In doing so, I've gotten to know myself pretty well.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to cook Thai food. I can share stimulating conversation about social and educational issues as well as good bourbon and beer. I'd love to learn about your travel experiences and other neat things you can share.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cleanliness, gratitude, good conversation.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Bahamas, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Iceland, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Thailand
