I am a 27 year old Food Scientist focusing on developing beverages. I love to travel, photography, and have a 3 year old hyper active husky. It has been close to 5 years since my last bicycle, San Francisco to Austin. I recently quit my job, bought a 1 way ticket to Iceland, and plan on cycling the ring road. I look forward on rediscovering your beautiful countryside, meeting with likeminded people, and bicycle touring again!
