I'm a 23 year old from California traveling New Zealand at the moment. I finished my degree in Fashion Design last year and decided to take some time to travel and explore after I graduated! I find the coolest part about traveling to be the connections and stories you get from the people you meet along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had my first couchsurfing experience in Christchurch, New Zealand and absolutely loved it! There is just something special about getting to know cool new people, live with them, and cook with them in their own home! It's such a great way to meet locals and get to know a city not as a tourist.

I studied textile and fashion design in university and would love to show you how to knit or crochet!

I also absolutely love food and would love to learn your family/cultural recipes and share some of my own.
