ABOUT ME

I really enjoy life, I am very passionate about the outdoors and I love teaching people about it.

One thing you should definitely know about me is that i cannot eat meat and and cannot eat wheat or else i get very sick.

I live with my partner Kim and my 6 year old daughter Samantha but they have been gone for the last few months while Kim is currently attending her courses at the University of Toronto for her masters. Luckily she only has to be gone with Samantha for this term. I miss both them both dearly and can't wait to see them as i have only gotten the opportunity to fly down to visit once a month. I am finishing up my marking for my courses at the university and then i am heading down to Toronto for a few days to visit them again right before i make my way south to Baja California for a few weeks to do some paddling, just relax and slow things down.

I spent 60 days paddling the entire Baja Penninsula from San Felipe to Cabo San Lucas a number of years ago with a friend of mine. I have been waiting to go back for a long time.

I am really looking forward to this adventure.

I see it as a great way to learn more about a local culture and meet some interesting people along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couch surfing but I have met a number of surfers in Thunder Bay through my friend Zack who has been actively hosting people for the past few months and insisted that i sign up for this network when i travel back to Baja.
