About Me

What can I say. I'm a fun, witty and smart kinda guy, I suppose. I like a good laugh and I like seeing new places and learning new things. I've just finished my A-levels and am on my gap year before I head off to university in Sheffield next September. In the mean time, I am working and gaining as much money and experience as I can before I do some travelling and get released in to the big open world. Scary, huh?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mainly to find some great places to stay and meet fantastic people on my upcoming trip to Germany. After that, if I decide to do more travelling, I'm sure this would come in very handy.

Interests

Music - I play trumpet and piano and I run a youth training band within St John Ambulance.

Music, Movies, and Books

For me, classical music is where it's at; both to play and to listen to. I find a lot of film music also rather enjoyable; John Williams is a great guy. Ludovico Einaudi has got to be one of my favourites, though.
I'm not a huge reader or that into films, to be quite honest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed the tallest mountain in North Africa during a 14-day hike in Morocco. That was pretty cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning new languages.
I could teach you some music.
Or maths, if you want, but for some strange reason, people don't seem to enjoy that as much.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, France, Germany, Morocco, New Zealand, Spain, United States
