I am an open minded person. I look forward to new experiences and pushing my comfort level. Getting to know people is something that I have always enjoyed. Although, I do enjoy being alone from time to time as it allows me to relax and to think.

I am hoping to find a place to stay while meeting some new people. Couchsurfing intrigues me because of the potential to meet very interesting people.

Couchsurfing definitely appears to be the best way to travel and engage in the culture of any area. My goal is to expose myself to other cultures and to learn as much as possible.

I have grown up playing various sports. My favourite sports were hockey and baseball. I continued playing baseball competitively for 3 years after high school. Recently, I started to enjoy hiking and exploring nature.

Within the last few years, I began expanding my interests and trying many new things.

I enjoy most genres. Rock, country and R&B would be my 3 favourite. Live music is definitely something I enjoy.

Movies:
Big Fish is my favourite. The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. I like any movie that is thought provoking.

Books:
Brave New World is my favourite. I don't read much anymore but when I did read, I read a lot of western books. I enjoy reading history and true stories.
