In Beijing, I attend CS meetings to meet new people traveling through China. I met really interesting people at these meetings.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went on a trip to the Great Wall with other Couch Surfers and had an amazing time.

Interests

I'm really interested in learning about other cultures, particularly Chinese culture. I'm always excited to exchange stories with people and hear about their experiences. I also enjoy listening to music, playing guitar, and following my local sports teams.

Movies: Gangs of New York, Inception, Goodfellas, Life is Beautiful, Pulp Fiction, Anchorman. Music: Modest Mouse, Mister Heavenly, Man Man, My Morning Jacket, Bob Dylan, The White Stripes, The Strokes, Apples in Stereo. Books: The Shining, Scar Tissue, Choke.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once rode a helicopter onto a glacier in Alaska, and walked around. I've climbed the Great Wall (not all of it). I've ridden an Elephant, and once, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I saw Aurora Borealis.
