ABOUT ME

i am a nomadic musician seeking cultural & spiritual growth through inspirational experiences & connections with friends & strangers. humor is the key to my heart. i love all forms of creative expression: vocalization (singing, chanting, story telling, howling), body movement (dance & yoga), art (paints & pencil doodles), & especially music making (impovisional jammage, constructive composition, noisy nonsense). i'm pretty out-going and down for just about anything... within reason. i feel the free-est i've ever felt in my entire life & to that i thank the open road. making new friends - meeting new people with similarly accepting views and/or enlighteningly different ones - feeds my soul. food feeds my belly & i love it all from junk food instant gratification to natural food vitality. my favorite place in the world to be is at the top of a wonderfully tall tree.

PHILOSOPHY

living in the moment is my way of experiencing true happiness. spontaneity & the willingness to indulge in & accept the flow of reality leads to synchronicity and the acknowledgment of meaningful experience. open hearts + open minds + open eyes + open ears = an appropriately open mouth. laughter is the most effective medicine of all :D

this online community has given me the opportunity to meet amazing strangers from all over the usa (so far) and share ideals & theories & philosophies with one another whether they seem radically opposing or congruent. either way, connections are built & it's always been honest & genuine.

i can share with you random thoughts/opinions/facts/stories of life i've gathered along the way. beyond that i can & am very willing/wanting to share anything/everything i know about bass/guitar/drums/music in general. as for you...i'd LOVE to learn kung fu & other than that i'm willing to learn anything you want to teach!
