Couchsurfing is a wonderful resource for any and all travelers. I have met some great people hosting, traveling, and hosting, and it would really feel like there was something missing in my life if I was not able to participate in this community.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really should read much more. That being said, I have really enjoyed everything that I have read by Orson Scott Card. I have primarily read science fiction and fantasy my whole life but am really open to anything that is written well.

I really do enjoy almost any music that I run across. At the very least I can appreciate it all. I am currently part of a "music club", this being similar to a book club with music which is exposing me to some new things musically.

I do not watch very many movies. My preferences are generally for either very light fun movies or very dark and involved movies. My all time favorite movies are The Fountain and The Emperor's New Groove if that gives you any idea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently took a trip to Hondorus with my girlfriend Loretta Surma. This trip was my first time traveling beyond the US and Canada. The entire trip was a whirlwind of crazy experiences most were wonderful and a couple were scary but they were all enriching experiences. my Most amazing experience was scuba diving on this trip. We went on a whim and i would have missed out on something utterly amazing if i had not gone. It was incredible and otherworldly.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a good knowledge of cool things to see and do in Spokane as well as an extensive knowledge of good places to eat. Loretta and I also tend to host primarily when at least one of us is off of work for the time that the surfer is staying and can therefore usually help with transportation. We will usually be cooking for some of the time you are here also. Breakfast is a big thing with us and we often make a big one for everyone.
