I'm an avid traveler with a peaceful spirit and good sense of humor. I love wine, music and meeting interesting people from around the world. I'm a go with the flow kind of person, very clean and tidy and would not mind helping with anything within my reach.

I have been living in Cali, Colombia for the past five years with a total of eight years here off an on visiting and volunteering.Im currently teaching 8th grade English at a private school here. Prior to Colombia, I studied, lived and volunteered in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I've studied in Jyvaskyla, Finland too and traveled much of western Europe over a decade ago. My experiences helped shape my life as it is and I remain grateful for that. I live alone with my cat, Brus in the south of the city and can sometimes receive guests!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mission is to continue to expand my circle of international friends as well as meet potential hosts to couchsurf with. I plan to visit Brussels, Amsterdam and Madrid in June 2023.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swallowed my fear and bungee jumped from the highest jump in the world (apparently) in Tsitsikamma, South Africa. If you are ever there it's called FACE ADRENALINE. It was my first and last time, but it was AMAZING!
