ABOUT ME

For some questions I have no answers yet, I travel and search for it. Travelling maybe the best thing life has to offer. We only got a lifetime to roam this earth, to experience the depths of the oceans and to reach as far as the sky. Travelling for me gives you and edge over everyone who just live their lives, stuck to a system glued to whatever working or just bumming. I mean, why spend a dull moment when you can get a backpack and grab a bus or book a plane ride to somewhere you don't know. I am a wandered, I have this undesirable urge to get out do something, find something, learn and experience something. Going about places has always left me with a lesson I look back and use everyday.

I have just updated this again after a 2 year travel hiatus. I've been travelling within the Philippines and have experienced and learned a lot from the locals. I have also found the love in waterfalls which the Philippines is blessed with. I have started working to save up for another round of expeditions and adventures. Recently I went to Maldives and really enjoyed being hosted and being with locals and travellers. My passion for travel never went away and my recent trip rekindled my lust for travelling, getting lost lol and finding myself in paradise. (2016)

I just left work after being there for almost three years. As of writing I am in Vancouver and I have a long list of places to go after this. Back in Manila, nothing has really worked out and another reason why Im travelling is to figure out what I want to do in life. Travelling has always helped me heal and understand things better by being exposed to different cultures, personalities, and experiences. (2018)

PHILOSOPHY

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

January 18, 2014 First day to the world of Couchsurfing!

Been to a couple CS Manila Events. Been hosted in Brazil and met CS peeps during my stay in Canada.

I love food, who doesnt? In the city, I love to go to hole in the walls, dive bars, and places that arent really on peoples itinerary but are really worthy of a visit. Outdoors, I enjoy treks, waterfalls, and beaches. I am very passionate about personal finance and I could maybe give you some tips and share some spreadsheets to monitor your expenses if you want to. There's just too any to mentions. I ain't really picky and I enjoy almost everything. I like listening to acoustics, alternative, rock, hip hop, rnb, electro. WIth movies, I'm down for comedy, horror, documentaries, chick flicks, and pretty much anything on netflix.

I always aim to leave something for my host even a small souvenir. During times I fail to bring goods from home, I always offer to cook and share the load on chores and errands needed for the house.
