ABOUT ME

Friendly guy who likes to travel and meet people from different nations. I have travelled in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. Originally from England, although I grew up in Denmark.

I have worked as a teacher in Bangkok, Thailand, but my last job was in soft sales in Dundalk, Ireland. Now I am moving to Edinburgh to work in a Danish Customer Service Position in December 2014.

Besides I like reading historical novels and I sometimes translated at international meetings back in Denmark.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like couchsurfing a lot.

If you are travelling through Edinburgh, Scotland you are welcome to write to me and perhaps we can meet for a chat in town or go sightseeing together.

If I am free I'd love to show you some of the interesting sights. I'd also love to meet up with people to visit sights or go on trips in the area or just to hang out for a drink.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met couchsurfers for the viking festival in Dublin, Ireland! Met couchsurfers at a cafe in Aalborg, Denmark and surfed once so far in Denmark.

Several different music styles including classical and traditional and contemporary music.

I prefer quality films such as a good drama, thriller, comedy or social realism. I also really enjoy a good historical film or occasionally a good fantasy.

The active volcano on Haiwaii, Pu'u O'o stands out as an amazing experience as well as the Majestic Himalayan Mountains in Nepal, the beautiful Halong Bay in Vietnam and the Kruger National Park in South Africa and sailing on the Mekong River in Laos and Vietnam.
