before you cross a boarder, check the currency exchange online. And if you can't, dont change with the first person who offers. see what he'll give, and then ask someone else. this will reduce the chance of getting ripped off. Grapefruit Seed Extract is a good immune booster for travelers, as are colloidial silver and probiotics. Keeping pills in a ziploc bag (and not in the original container) saves space. (but there may be issues with moisture and customs officers, so....) I hear four deep breaths, holding it at the top, does more for your health than you might think. And I read that the simple act of closing your eyes will slow the frequency of your brain waves (slower = more like sleep, and meditation).
