ABOUT ME

I currently live in Reno and work as an attorney. I'm a recent transplant to Reno.

I have been getting a lot of request from people visiting Las Vegas. Reno and Las Vegas are about 500 miles apart; please don't send me requests to stay in Vegas!

Before law, I worked as a journalist. My most recent journalism job was editor of the Boulder City newspaper (most recognizable as the city that built Hoover Dam). As a result of my journalism background, I enjoy hearing new stories from people I meet, and I ask a lot of questions.

My first love was singing. I am a Broadway, opera, and jazz singer.

I am a complete foodie, and I will try just about anything at least once (probably twice if I don't like it at first, just to make sure). In addition, I love to cook. I recently developed a love for good beer thanks to my boyfriend, who introduced me to couchsurfing. We most likely will have something you've never tried before in the fridge.

I love to camp and hike. I grew up visiting all of the neighboring national parks. I've made visiting as many as possible my new pastime.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a member for about five years, and I am probably one of the rare few who has hosted more than surfed. All of my experiences have been awesome (both hosting and surfing), and I enjoy meeting all so many different people.
