I´m a true canadian prairie girl with a twist of ontario wilderness in my soul. I live for adventure, good cuisine, peace, and people. I find clarity and contentment from the beauty and wonders of our mother earth.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all sorts of music, live music that i can move my body to. I have a particular love for reggae and country folk.
Books are something I have yet to find a passion for in my life.. I've some great ones: Posionwood Bible, Ishmael, Cradle to Cradle; and left some bad ones behind. Definitely into exchanging/gifting books. Knowledge and information is something that is free for everyone to access and share.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once spent two months canoeing through Canada´s North
- from the Yukon to Norman Wells, Northwest Territories

Teach, Learn, Share

I´m interested in living simply and practically. I´ve gained many experiences throughout my travels within Canada - from farming, to tree planting, to canoeing and camping, I´d love to share anything that I´ve learned with the people I encounter.
