Hi, I like to travel but I haven't actually done much traveling abroad. I've travelled mostly within the United States. I drove part of the Pacific Coast Highway, saw the Grand Canyon, visited the Everglades in Florida went to Hawaii. I joined Couchsurfing awhile ago but never really used it. I have some time off and I'll be traveling alone, so it would be nice to have people to talk to and have experiences with.

I've always enjoyed staying at hostels and meeting new people rather than being in a hotel. The most enjoyable travel experiences I've ever had involved going into local stores and just talking with people from the area. Hopefully, couchsurfing makes travel more fun.
