Overview
About Me
I am a teacher at an international school in Yangon but I am originally from the US. I think most people who know me would say I'm a pretty nice guy. I can get along with just about anyone. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I love good conversation, and I am constantly attempting to make people laugh. That doesn't mean I'm funny, it just means I make a good effort. ;-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm couchsurfing because I love meeting new people and I love to travel. The possibility of making a new friend(s) always trumps the comfort of a hotel in my book.
Interests
I will try anything once. I'm into anything involving the outdoors and getting exercise. I especially love mountains and jungles, and I love animals. I also really like night life: live music, karaoke, pub trivia, dancing (occasionally), etc.

Music, Movies, and Books
I read a lot of non-fiction science. When it comes to movies I enjoy quite a wide variety of films however usually I tend to be a bit of a nerd, but I'm a proud nerd. I like most music genres to some degree; however, I hate American country music.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you middle school level math and science. ;-)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I think that I can at least perhaps offer hosts some pretty decent conversation. ..Or at least I'd like to think so.
