About Me

"It would be a shame if you did not take this opportunity to revolutionize your life and move into an entirely new realm of experience ... don't settle down & sit in one place. Move around, be nomadic, make each day a new horizon." -Alexander Supertramp

I am vegan.

I am queer.

I love all creatures great and small.

My spirit longs for a life in the woods.

I am at my truest and happiest when travelling.

My current mantra - 'be gentle with yourself' ...
"Nurture strength of spirit to shield you from misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here"
-Max Ehrmann

I don't like mornings. I'm usually late. I'm trying to be less judgmental but I sometimes trip over my values. I don't believe in microwaves. I think that t.v and mainstream media are rotting our brains, so switch off and wake up. Honesty is my best and worst quality. My opinions are often controversial. I don't care and care way too much all at the same time. I'm get cranky when I'm hungry. I love winter and hibernation. Large social gatherings make me anxious but I can travel the world solo without a single butterfly in my stomach. I don't celebrate Christmas or any other holiday. I'd rather have kittens than babies. Thank god I left the burbs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While travelling in Canada I was lucky enough to spend one night lying on a rooftop watching the Northern Lights dance across the sky. I was staying out on an acreage in Alberta with the great aunt and uncle of a friend of mine. I scaled a satellite pole and managed a meter's leap across to the roof of their two story house. My friends great uncle, well into his 70's joined me. We were both like two kids, unable to contain our excitement. I still don't know how the two of us managed to get up there, must have been adrenaline. But the lights, the lights were truly one of the most beautiful things I have ever witnessed.
