Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Took me long enough to find this place but I'm glad I did. My aim with solo travel is to get to know the character of places and that's best done by connecting with locals, listening to their stories and appreciating the normalcy (and the uniqueness) of it all. CS is all of that.
